Who is this session for? This session is specifically designed for complete beginners. If you’ve never used AI before, never downloaded ChatGPT, or you’re simply curious about what AI can do, then this is for you. No prior knowledge required. We’ll show you how to get started, how to use ChatGPT on your phone or computer, and give simple, practical examples of how AI can save you time and, already used AI? You’re still very welcome. We’d love to hear how you’ve been using it and what you’d like to achieve. While this session focuses on the fundamentals, we’ll be happy to suggest possible next steps based on your goals including one-to-one support or tailored workplace training. Our aim is to provide a friendly, supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. Whether you’re taking your first steps or looking for ideas on how to use AI more effectively, we’ll do our best to help you move forward with confidence.
