Sick of being in your head all the time and looking for a way of quieting your thoughts and connecting with your body? Our Flow Dance Meditation and Sound Bath event is just what you are looking for!

Created on the spiritual island of Ibiza, Flow Dance Meditation invites you to connect with your body, your emotions, and the present moment through music and intuitive movement. You don’t need to be able to dance and there is no right or wrong way to move.

Sound baths can give you a sense of deep relaxation, improve mood and lower anxiety and stress. This is because the consistent pure tones from crystal bowls help slow brainwave activity, promoting a deeply relaxed state, calming the nervous system and lowering cortisol levels. An overall sonic hug.

The combination of Flow Dance Meditation and a sound bath to follow allows you to shift any emotions or energy blockages that are keeping you stuck and preventing you from moving forwards, restoring a feeling of peace and calm.

Come and join us on the 8th August, commonly known as the Lions Gate Portal, in a special location amongst a magical gathering of pine trees on Northchurch Common, Berkhamsted.
