About This Event

Surbiton High School will present the classic musical *Guys and Dolls* at the New Wimbledon Theatre on Thursday 19 November 2026 at 7.30pm. This production traces the intersecting lives of New York gamblers and the earnest mission workers determined to reform them, unfolding against a backdrop of neon-lit streets and a jazz-infused score. Frank Loesser’s celebrated songs, including “Luck Be a Lady” and “Sit Down, You’re Rockin’ the Boat”, propel a narrative steeped in risk, redemption and unlikely romance. The student cast and crew take on this ambitious work, which demands both comic timing and vocal precision across its sprawling ensemble. Tickets are available from £15.
