Join Jackie for a 1-hour guided sound journey using gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and live acoustic elements to help you unwind and reconnect.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves from instruments known for their calming and restorative vibrations.

No experience needed, simply lie down, relax, and let the sound guide you into a state of deep relaxation.

Times:

Arrive by 7:20 which gives you the chance to settle in and get yourself comfortable. The session will start at 7:30 No Late Comers. Once the doors have closed we will not stop the session to let you in.

We provide all props:

Restorative Yoga Mat

Blankets

Eye pillow

Bolsters

What to bring:

Small pillow/cushion

Extra blankets for extra warmth

Warm socks

Water for hydration

IMPORTAN:

Not recommended for those in their first trimester due to the delicate nature of this stage in pregnancy. May not be suitable for those with epilepsy, pace markers, metal implants, tinnitus, ear problems, heart conditions or severe mental heath issue. Please seek medical advice prior to booking.

I have been to several of Jackie's Sound Journeys and they are always a wonderful and relaxing hour. Each

'Journey' is slightly different as she uses a variety of instruments including singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks and of course - the Gongs. We lay down in a candlelit room which has plenty of space and is decorated with candles. Herbal and fruit teas are provided and there is no rush for us to leave at the end of the session. Jackie has a beautiful soul and this shines through her sessions.

She has many regular customers and the feeling of collective peace as we listen, is very special.
