A guided walk covering the history of shopping in London takes place at Lillywhites outside Piccadilly Circus station on Saturday 6 September 2026. Pricing ranges from free to sixteen pounds ninety-six pence depending on selection.
Journey back in time and explore the history of some of the most famous shops and shopping areas in London- as well as a few hidden gems!!
The walk will take approximately 2hrs- it is a flat walk and should be accessible for all. Although the walk will cover the history of various shops or areas, unfortunately, we don't actually "go shopping" on the walk- otherwise it would take a lot longer than 2hrs!!
The tour starts at Piccadilly Circus and will end near Oxford Street- I will always be happy to give directions at the end of the tour for those who need- either for public transport, or if you would like to visit any of the stores we spoke about during the tour.
