In this 45 minute restorative session, mother s are invited to take an intentional pause and learn tangible, everyday tips to help soothe the nervous system and offset the stress and overwhelm of mother hood. Babes-in-arms and toddlers welcome. Self-development coach Georgia will lead you through powerful relaxation and breathing techniques, hand pressure points you can use on yourself and realistic tips on how to look after YOU during mother hood. The session will close with journal prompts around perspective, the mental load and boundaries, followed by an audio meditation from Georgia's platform mother . fm .
