As we begin the transition into Autumn, we gather to bathe in Sound with Gongs, Alchemy, Crystal and Himalayan Bowls, shamanic percussion.

Join Adalet as we approach the Aries Full Moon. Together we gather for a sound bath to meet this fiery energy with intention. Aries invites intensity, but this is our chance to turn inward — to reset, rest, and restore, honoring all we've nurtured through the summer months.

In this stillness, we continue our transition away from summer's peak. Now past the Autumn Equinox, we lean further into the season of shedding, letting go as we move deeper into Autumn.

Together we'll reflect on how far we've come, and open ourselves to what lies ahead.

Gongs, Alchemy, Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls with layered elemental sounds will guide us through the journey ahead.

Our nervous system gently regulates, reducing from sympathetic and into a deeper state of parasympathetic pooling into that deeper sense of calm and rest.

The mind quietens as thoughts ebb and flow and then with the soundscape and envelopes of sound start to disappear.

With Voice, Shamanic Percussion and Chimes the sound journey continues until we reach the Shinyata — the sacred stillness and silence. The time and space for your mind and body to reorganise, integrate and receive as the experience is anchored and draws to a close.

This beautiful event is open to all and is a safe, supportive space to attend on your own. Oracle cards are available at the close, offering further insight and space for reflection.

Preparing your Space:

Creating your space for your healing and comfort is an important aspect of a healing journey. It's your personal space to unwind, rest and restore. Please arrive before 7.15pm to create your beautiful space.

Ideally, you will be laying down and chairs are available if needed. Please remember to bring:

* A Yoga mat or two to comfortably support your back. Alternatively a bean bag or reclining chair are good alternatives.

* A warm throw and cushion for your comfort.

* Crystals for amplified healing energies during the session

* A bottle of water to refresh and hydrate.

* An eye mask

* Dress in comfortable clothing.

Then close your eyes, remove all expectations, take a deep breath in and allow the sound journey to commence...

Timings:

Doors to the Memorial Hall, a Grade 2 Listed Building at the Woodford Memorial Church will open shortly before 7pm and close strictly at 7.15pm.

We close the event with Complimentary refreshments once the 90 minute Sound Bath ends, so please allow for some additional time to ground and nourish amongst your community.

Contraindications & additional notifications:

Please notify Adalet in advance if you have any metal implants or pins. If you have a hearing aid, or if you are pregnant, or have allergies to any Essential Oils, Flowers or Plants.

* If you have Tinnitus, you may wish to lay further back from the Gongs.

* If you have any sensitivities to sound and/or Epilepsy please discuss in advance to purchasing your ticket.

* If you are pregnant, and after the 1st trimester, please bring plenty of cushions (from feedback - large full body maternity/pregnancy U-shaped pillows support well). This is in addition to a mat and throw for your support and comfort whilst laying in a sideline position.

Woodford Memorial Parish Church Memorial Hall, 209 High Road, South Woodford, London E18 2PA.

South Woodford is on the Central Line and a short 20 mins by tube from Liverpool Street station and only 15 or so mins from Stratford London.

You will find parking in South Woodford either on the High Road or nearby residential roads. Alternatively, there is a car park on Derby Road (with free parking evenings and weekends) which is a short walk away.

South Woodford tube station is on the Central Line (Epping/Loughton branch) and a 15 minute walk away if arriving by foot. Bus stops are nearby and can be accessed from the tube.

Buses also serve from Chingford.

For those familiar with South Woodford, the venue is a few mins walk from Waitrose in South Woodford.
