Not a sound bath. A sound immersion. Floating weightless as vibration travels through warm water into every cell.

FLOATING SOUND BATH

Held by the water, with nothing to do and nowhere to be, your body stops bracing. Your breathing slows. Your nervous system shifts out of alert mode and into deep rest — the parasympathetic state where the body restores itself. Most people describe leaving somewhere between deeply calm and completely transformed.

The sound

Every session is played live, with:

• Gongs

• Crystal bowls

• Tibetan bowl

• Seeds & chimes

• Ocean drum

Your safety and comfort

A dedicated facilitator is in the pool with you at all times, ready to support you if needed — adjusting flotation, offering a steadying hand, or simply making sure you’re completely at ease. You are never alone in the water. The pool is warm, shallow enough to stand in, and flotation supports are provided.

Inflatable mattress & eye masks will be provided

Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. The entire session lasts approximately 60 minutes (45' sound bath)

Spaces are strictly limited to keep the experience intimate — sessions sell out.
