Join me for an energy balancing & deeply relaxing sound bath experience

Come and enjoy a immersive experience of healing sounds. This sound bath is designed to help clear and realign your chakra energies. The healing frequencies will bring your body and mind back into harmony and leave you feeling relaxed, calm and grounded. The session will include guided chakra balancing meditation, gentle breathwork and a powerful sound bath with crystal bowls and gentle percussion instruments. Cacao treats & herbal tea treat included. The ultimate evening self care treat!

No experience needed. Please read the contraindications below before booking.

Door open at 6:15pm, please arrive on time as we will start promptly at 6:30pm.

Venue information: The sound takes place @ Dark & Light Coffee, 22 College Parade, Salubury Road, NW6 6RN - a cute and quirky local favourite that sells amazing coffee and plants! Parking available on the roast outside the venue and the surrounding streets. Brondesbury Station in a few minutes walk away and Queens Park is 10-12 minutes walk approximately.

Extra info: wear comfortable clothes to get cosy and relaxed. Layers can be helpful to keep you warm. Blankets, matts, eye masks and props to get comfy all provided.

Contraindications: Not suitable for women in the first trimester of pregnancy/close to their due date, anyone with a pace maker fitted or large metal pins/plates in the body. If unsure please get in touch.
