An Immersive Afternoon for Women Who Know There's More will occur at Interlude in London on 19 September 2026. The event costs £54.88 per ticket and features a talk exploring self-trust and personal direction.
What would change if you knew yourself deeply enough to trust what you feel, what you want and where you want to go next?
My Turned On Life is a new women’s lifestyle brand built around one belief:
The relationship you have with yourself shapes the way you experience your life.
This September, you’re invited to step inside it for the very first time.
Perhaps your life already looks good. But there are moments when you know you're not fully listening to yourself. You talk yourself out of what you want. You say yes despite feeling no. You look outside yourself for an answer you already have. You have dreams you immediately explain away as unrealistic.
What might change if you stopped overriding yourself and started taking what you know seriously?
THE EXPERIENCE
Founder and international soprano Jasmine Faulkner will open the experience with her keynote, The Hidden Cost of Self-Abandonment, before taking you through a guided self-enquiry exploring what it means to know yourself deeply, and what becomes possible when you stop repeatedly overriding what you already know.
This isn't an experience you'll spend entirely in your chair. No, no! Forget leaving simply inspired for 24 hours...It's about you FEELING shifts in the room, in real time. Expect guided reflection, journaling, movement, conversation and immersive moments designed to take these ideas beyond something you simply understand - and into something you can experience for yourself.
You will explore three of the five pathways at the heart of My Turned On Life:
KNOW YOUR BODY
Learn to notice the information your body is already giving you - and what happens when you begin listening rather than overriding it.
KNOW YOUR MIND
Explore the beliefs, patterns and internal narratives influencing the way you see yourself and the choices you make.
KNOW YOUR DREAMS
Create space for what you really want - beyond what is expected, sensible or already known.
Throughout the experience, we’ll work with the My Turned On Life method:
STOP → LISTEN → VALIDATE → HONOUR
BUILT FROM WHAT WOMEN ACTUALLY ASKED FOR
Before creating My Turned On Life, I did research with over 40 women about what they wanted more of in their lives.
The most common answers from these women were:
wanting to trust themselves more deeply
express themselves more freely
feel more connected to their bodies and intuition
move beyond the beliefs holding them back, and have the courage to live more in alignment with what they really wanted.
Their answers helped shape My Turned On Life - and this experience.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
You know there's more available to you, even if you can't quite name what that more is yet.
You want to understand yourself more deeply and trust what you feel, want and know.
You're ready to take your desires, dreams and inner knowing more seriously, rather than continually talking yourself out of them.
Come as you are - come curious...!
WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH
A clearer sense of what you actually want, and where you may have been talking yourself out of it.
A greater ability to recognise your own signals, from your body, thoughts and intuition.
A practical method for catching the moments you override yourself and beginning to choose differently.
More trust in your own voice, without immediately needing someone or something outside of you to validate it.
And, we hope, a bigger sense of what might be possible for your life.
Come alone or come with someone you love. Either way, you'll be stepping into a room of women who are curious about what more might be possible for their lives.
