The venue will be opening its doors at 4pm, giving attendees ample time to settle in before the main event. To ensure everyone can experience the full magic, last entry will be strictly at 7pm. The site opens at 16:00, with last entry at 19:00 and the event closing at 22:00. Tickets start from £274.80.

One small bag per person is permitted, with a maximum size of 29.7cm x 21cm x 15cm. Large bags and rucksacks are not allowed. No food or drink may be brought into the venue, though vendors will be available on site.

There is no seating with a view of the stage, although some seating is available at the back of the site. Bringing your own seating is not permitted. Official parking is at the Strand Shopping Centre Car Park via Vermont Way, L20 4XZ, with disabled spaces and pay machines on level 5. The car park exit closes at 23:00.
