If you have booked VIP Parking or In Car Viewing please use the ‘Competitors Entrance’ which is off Bosworth Road – post code LE9 7QJ. For standard parking please use the entrance off Barwell Lane – post code LE9 7QA. Please have your QR code (ticket) ready for scanning when you reach the entry point. There will be no vehicle access from Church Road beyond the shop. General Event Information Please follow marshal instructions when parking and moving around the venue. No pets are allowed on site. No sparklers or personal fireworks are permitted for safety reasons. Bag Searches will be in operation for your safety at the entrances. Please dress warmly – the event is outdoors, and the ground may be soft underfoot. Food, drink, toilets, and funfair attractions will be available on site. Cash and card payments will be accepted, though we recommend bringing some cash in case of network issues. Please note: Alcohol purchased outside the venue cannot be brought in. Weather Contingency The event will go ahead in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe to proceed. Please come prepared for the elements — warm clothing and waterproofs are recommended.
