Soirée & Stories is a literary salon hosted by Electrifying Press — a space where writers read their work aloud in a safe space to a supportive audience.

What to expect:

A welcome drink on arrival, up to six readers sharing work across nonfiction, fiction, and poetry, and an atmosphere that feels welcoming and friendly.

Who is it for?

Anyone who loves words. Women are at the heart of this event, but supportive men and under-18s are very welcome. Please note that readings may contain adult language and themes.

Please note: The venue is accessible.

There is a Q-Park next to the hotel, and it's a short walk from Leeds train station.
