About This Event

MC Devvo makes his return to The Wardrobe in Leeds on Saturday 14 November 2026, with doors opening at 7.30pm. The character, a satirical Doncaster lad brought to life by animator David Firth and performed by Darren Derbyshire, first gained a cult following online in the mid-2000s before securing his own Channel 4 series. Renowned for his deadpan delivery and bloke-ish rants about everyday gripes, Devvo’s live show fuses absurdist humour with sharp observational comedy. Audiences can expect a performance that skewers the mundane with a distinctly Northern edge. Tickets are available between £14 and £15.

MC Devvo, a satirical character created by David Firth and played by Darren Derbyshire, will be performing live. He has since changed his name to MC Devvo and embarked on a rap career, touring the UK.
