Learn the essential foundations of safely and confidently dancing in heels.
Guided warm-up and technique class focused on posture, balance, and fluid lines, building the core confidence needed to unlock your sexiness on the dance floor.
🔋 Energy Break & Refreshments
A short intermission to rest, hydrate, and connect with fellow dancers.
💘Part 2: Sexy Afro Heels Choreography with Neema
Learn a powerful, empowering routine set to hits from your favourite Afrobeats artists.
Master the fusion of traditional Afro movement with modern heels styling.
💘 Part 3: Staging & Professional Guidance
Step into the spotlight with guided advice on staging and performance presentation.

What to wear: Outfits that make you feel confident, empowered, and ready to move. Baddie attire encouraged.
