From 6:30pm, your evening begins with a Brazilian welcome cocktail before taking your seat to enjoy a specially curated menu inspired by the vibrant flavours of Brazil, created exclusively by our Head Chef. As you dine, live Brazilian vocals, soulful saxophone and the timeless elegance of bossa nova provide the soundtrack for the evening, setting the scene for the spectacular production to come. Then, as the lights soften and the rhythm takes hold… From 9:00pm, the Bibis stage comes alive with a breathtaking 60-minute immersive production celebrating the music, culture and vibrant traditions of Brazil. From the swagger of the iconic Malandro and the glamour of Carmen Miranda to the infectious rhythms of Banda Calypso, the athletic artistry of capoeira and the thunderous heartbeat of live batucada drummers, each scene reveals another vibrant expression of Brazil’s rich cultural heritage.
