Autumn Equinox is the time of the year when day and night are in balance before the nights start to draw in and nature enters a period of dormancy. It’s a great opportunity to join with Charlotte, our resident Forest Bathing guide, for an atmospheric Forest Bathing experience following a path between the Hoos, through Top Hat wood and into the Royal Burial Ground. During this slow, meditative walk you will be encouraged to relax and connect with nature through your senses and the session will conclude at sunset with a guided meditation and tea ceremony.

Autumn Equinox is the time of the year when day and night are in balance before the nights start to draw in and nature enters a period of dormancy.
