About This Event

The Legs, Bums and Mums session takes place on 8 September 2026 at the Marfleet Family Hub in Hull. It is suitable for pregnant women and new mums and focuses on strengthening and toning legs, bums and bodies. The session runs from 09:00 and has a free admission price.

Suitable for pregnant women and new mums! This session focuses on strengthening and toning your legs and bum as well as your body.

This session focuses on strengthening and toning your legs and bum using body weight exercises and movement to help improve your fitness levels.

This session is suitable during pregnancy whenever you feel ready up to your due date and after your 6-8 week post-natal check up.

There is a cost of £1 per session - cash only, please!

You must be registered to attend our sessions. Register today - Early Help Family Hubs registration form - myAccount | Hull City Council. You only need to complete this form once.
