On Thursday, 20 February 2027, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) will perform under the baton of esteemed conductor Thomas Søndergård at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. The evening's programme features two compelling works: Lutosławski’s Cello Concerto and Beethoven's renowned Symphony No.5, played by acclaimed cellist Pablo Ferrández. The concert kicks off at 7:30pm, offering a powerful and transformative musical experience that captures the raw energy and revolutionary spirit of Beethoven's iconic work.
