Scottish singer-songwriters Michael McMillan and Sulidae (Bobby Motherwell) bring together award-nominated songwriting, poetry and storytelling to create performances that are heartfelt, uplifting and deeply engaging.

With over 30 years of international touring, Michael McMillan has performed across the USA, Brazil and the UK. His albums Cross Country and Whisky received UK Country Radio and Scottish Album of the Year nominations, while his song "Coming Home" spent six consecutive weeks at number one in the British and Irish Hotdisc charts. In 2024 he completed a 22-date tour of Scotland's prisons, appeared in the award-winning Edinburgh Festival production Insiders, and released his ninth studio album, City Folk.

Bobby Motherwell, the creative force behind Sulidae, is a singer-songwriter, poet and photographer whose acclaimed albums Kitchen Sink Dharma and …an Invincible Summer were both selected as BBC Radio Scotland's Featured Album of the Week. His work blends contemporary folk, spoken word and Scottish storytelling with warmth, humour and quiet spirituality.

Together, McMillan and Motherwell create intimate performances where songs, stories and poetry flow naturally together. Whether performing in theatres, churches, festivals or community venues, they offer audiences an unforgettable evening of exceptional songwriting, laughter, reflection and genuine connection.
