For adults seeking diagnosis and those who have one already - with multiple session options per month. This is an in-person meet-up for adults with ADHD, run by the local ADHD community. You do not need a formal diagnosis. Ours is an inclusive space where we each have a bit of time to discuss our concerns, where we are currently in life, and then reflect and support each other. You’ll meet like-minded people discussing their ADHD, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our sessions start on time at 18:00, so we actually recommend trying to arrive a little bit earlier, to navigate around the venue. Time blindness is also a thing apparently! We finish up at 20:00. BOOKING VIA WEBSITE ESSENTIAL AS WE DO GET BOOKED UP. Worth noting: We are a long-established self-organised nonprofit group. We also don't have any ties to local private services, so we like to regard ourselves as impartial - certainly we do the best we can!
