A clear goal, a simple plan and the right people can make a big difference.
Join us for the third part of the JCI Glasgow Leadership Series, an interactive workshop designed to make project management practical and easy to apply.
Whether you're managing something at work, within a community, for your business or even a personal project, this session will give you practical tools to help take an idea from planning through to delivery.
What you'll learn
How to turn an idea into a simple project plan
How to set clear goals, actions, responsibilities and deadlines
How to monitor progress and adapt when needed
How to work effectively as a team to deliver successful projects
How project management skills can support your development as a leader
The project management session will be led by Jade Van Blerk, Deputy President of JCI Scotland, followed by Queenesther Ebinum, National President of JCI Scotland, who will explore how these skills can be applied to JCI leadership and opportunities to lead JCI Glasgow in 2027.
