Waterstones Exeter Roman Gate are proud to welcome Elle Mace to talk all about her debut book, Food Freedom: How to find peace from food anxiety, and reclaim your body confidence.

Elle will be delivering a talk about her new book, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and get your book signed on the night.

Elle is also offering a free goodie bag worth £30 to everyone who books a ticket, which will be available on the night.
