A gentle introduction to the practice of Centering Prayer with Nicky Temple

Centering Prayer is a way of consenting, in the silence of our hearts, to the presence and action of God. Without words, it invites us to move beyond our thoughts and connect with the deeper spiritual level of our being.

The practice can lead us towards a more authentic relationship with the Divine, with ourselves and with one another.

About the Facilitator

Nicky Temple has followed a contemplative spiritual path for over 20 years, discovering the depth and richness of stillness, silence and Centering Prayer. Rooted in the Christian tradition and drawn to the mystical path, she brings a deep openness to the Divine and to the sacredness of everyday life.

Suitable for people of all faiths and none.
