If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of space to rest, this intimate experience offers a gentle yet powerful way to restore balance. A Cosy, Small-Group Experience With only 4 spaces available, this small-group session is held in a cosy, nurturing environment where you can feel safe, supported, and deeply held. You will be guided into relaxation through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. The sound works on both physical and energetic levels, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and support emotional clarity. What to Expect Everything is provided for your comfort - a soft mattress, cosy blanket, and eye mask - so you do not need to bring anything. Simply wear comfortable clothing and allow yourself to settle into a peaceful space where you can fully let go. Each session is intuitively guided, making every experience unique and supportive of your individual process. Important Information This session is not suitable for those who are unable to get down to the floor unassisted, experience frequent seizures, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, or are under 16 years old.
