We are offering weekly fitness sessions for kids aged 8-11 and 12-15 on Fridays for 8 weeks over the Summer. Due to popularity, we will be offering a recurring kids' class on a Friday afternoon as a permanent part of our schedule. OVERVIEW The HYROX Youngstars Summer Series is an 8‑week programme introducing young athletes to HYROX through fun, structured, and age‑appropriate training. Starting Friday 3rd July, the series includes 8 total sessions, helping kids build strength, confidence, and teamwork while learning the foundations of HYROX‑style movement. In Week 8, both age groups will attend one mini‑HYROX simulation to test everything they’ve learned.
