During this course you will: Learn about threading the sewing machine, winding and inserting bobbin. Build confident driving skills. Learn about fabric qualities and various machine stitches. Utilising the skills learned for a small project - envelope cushion. First timer sewer? Don't worry, this beginner-friendly craft class in Edinburgh will take a leisurely approach so that you have time to soak in all the information and put your knowledge into practice. Class sizes are also kept small to ensure everyone can learn at their own pace and receive ample one-to-one tutor time. Once you have completed this beginners class you will be able to confidently move on to an intermediate dressmaking class to progress further your newfound skills.
