The play draws on themes from Jane Casey's novel Everything She Didn't Say, which centres on a violent event and confounding disappearance in a lonely clifftop holiday cottage in native Ireland. Two mothers in Andrea Mara's Such A Nice Girl discover their daughters missing after a wedding, only to find blood at the scene suggesting one may be a killer. Catherine Ryan Howard's Buyer Beware adds another layer of complexity as she questions how a master investigator unravels dark twists in the story.
