Niall will then be joined on stage for a panel discussion featuring Michelle McLoughlin (Head of Consumer Insights, Aer Lingus), Mary McMahon (Head of Insights, Media & Innovation, Heineken) and Deirdre Wafer (Insights Expert, formerly Customer Insights Manager at LinkedIn).
The panel will share their perspectives on:
- The evolving expectations of insights & analytics within organisations
- Emerging opportunities and challenges for industry professionals
- Keeping insights grounded in human understanding in the age of AI.
