A year ago we started filming behind the scenes of rock bands in Ireland. We wanted to show what actually happens behind the curtain, the rehearsals, the load ins, the conversations, the reality of being an independent musician. What started as behind the scenes footage eventually became something much bigger. 73 days of filming. More than 30 bands. 62 minutes of documentary. Green Curtains.

This festival is the celebration of everything we captured.

The day runs across the garden and main venue of The Grand Social.

From 5pm the garden comes alive with an art market featuring second-hand clothing, unique finds, tarot readings and DJs setting the mood.

From 6pm to 10.30pm the main venue hosts 6 live rock acts with sections of the Green Curtains documentary screening between sets.
