This continuing education training is designed to reignite your curiosity by going deeper into the body itself. Through a progressive exploration of anatomy, mobility, and intelligent sequencing, you'll build a clearer understanding of how the body is structured, how it moves, and why ranges of motion complement all asanas. In doing so, you'll not only help injury prevention, but unlock genuine freedom in the practice.

When you understand the anatomy of movement, your sequences move from choreography to conversation. You'll leave with a richer anatomical foundation, practical mobility tools you can apply immediately, and a fresh lens through which to design classes that feel intentional, layered, and alive — for you and every student in the room.
