We are thrilled to welcome Bastible to Overends Kitchen at Airfield Estate for an exclusive dining experience led by Head Chef Killian Walsh.

Widely regarded as one of Ireland's most exciting chefs, Killian has earned Bastible its reputation as one of the country's finest Michelin-starred restaurants. His philosophy is simple: exceptional ingredients, thoughtfully sourced and cooked with precision, allowing each element to shine.

For one evening only, guests will experience Bastible's celebrated style of cooking in the unique surroundings of Overends Kitchen. Showcasing the very best of Airfield Estate's gardens, farm and dairy alongside carefully selected Irish produce, this exclusive menu celebrates seasonality, sustainability and the rich heritage of Irish food.
