An in-person support group for adults in Cork and surrounds with ADHD or suspected. All welcome!

Looking for a space where you can connect with others who truly understand the ups and downs of living with ADHD? Our in-person ADHD support group offers a friendly, relaxed environment where you can openly share your thoughts—or simply listen—without fear of judgment.

Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed, suspect you might have ADHD, or have been managing it for years, this group is here to provide support and understanding. It’s not a formal meeting—it’s a casual opportunity to meet others who can relate.

We’ll chat about everyday challenges, like handling work pressures, building healthy relationships, keeping on top of responsibilities, and finding ways to create balance in your life. This group is all about exchanging ideas, discovering strategies, and connecting with people who truly get what it’s like to live with ADHD.

Please note:

In order for any ADHD Ireland support group or event to proceed, there must be a minimum of two participants present, in addition to the facilitator(s)

Your data will be stored in the ADHD Ireland Eventbrite Account and all communication will be processed via ADHD Ireland's Eventbrite account. Please do not register if you think you cannot participate in the session. Places are limited and it may take up a space that someone else would like to use.
