I’m Vish an electrician by trade and the founder of Onward Shift.

I host monthly Walk & Talk sessions in Colchester to bring people in construction together. To connect, clear their heads and have real conversations. No pressure. No awkward networking. Just a walk and a talk.

What to expect:

A relaxed group walk (around 1 hour)

A chance to meet others in construction

Space to talk or just listen

Fresh air, movement and a break from the day

Where & When:

Location: Salary Brook entrance, Bromley Road, Colchester (by the entrance sign)

Time: 7:00 PM

When: First Wednesday of every month

Duration: Around 1 hour

Routes:

In winter, we stick to well-lit public roads.

In lighter months, we explore more scenic routes like Welsh Woods and Salary Brooks.

All walks start and finish at the same meeting point.
