Unwind after a long week with a Friday night sunset session; 1 hour of Pilates & Sculpt followed by a 45 minute Sound Bath Meditation.

Join us for a stunning revitalising evening of movement and reconnection. End your week with an 1-hour flow of classical Pilates led by Emily, followed by an enchanting 45 min sound bath led by Cary Anne.

This will hopefully be an outdoor event, if it's not raining, in a beautiful kelvedon garden. However, if its raining, the session will be held at the small hall behind the institute, if this is the case it's a hard out 9pm but if anyone wants to head to the pub after let's do it...

Complimentary drink for everyone to takeaway at the end.

Please bring a mat and a jumper for the sound bath.

Address will be sent 7 days before the event, but it'll be in Kelvedon.
