HE SWIMS - Men's Swimming Programme (Clonmel)

Tipperary Sports Partnership is pleased to facilitate HE SWIMS, an 8-Week Men's Swimming Programme at Clonmel Swimming Pool.

This programme is designed for men who can confidently swim at least two lengths of a swimming pool and would like to improve their swimming technique, fitness and overall confidence in the water.

The programme is ideal for swimmers lacking confidence and men looking to return to regular swimming in a supportive group environment.

Please note:

This programme is not a learn-to-swim programme.

The programme focuses on improving swimming technique, efficiency and endurance.

This programme is not suitable for high-level or competitive swimmers.

What's Included?

The Swim Ireland designed programme includes:

1 Instructor-Led Group Coaching Session per Week

Structured lane-based coaching.

Individual feedback from qualified instructors.

Focus on improving technique, stroke efficiency and swimming fitness.

1 Self-Guided Swim per Week

Participants are encouraged to complete an additional swim session each week at a time that suits them, withing public swimming hours.

A training programme will be provided to support independent swimming and help participants progress between coached sessions.

1 Complimentary Sauna Session per Week

Participants can enjoy one free sauna session each week following their instructor-led coaching session.
