Join us for this supportive and practical workshop where we'll explore simple tools and techniques to help your child recognise, understand, and manage their emotions in a healthy way. You'll gain ideas and strategies that can be used at home to support your child's emotional wellbeing and build their confidence in handling big feelings.

Whether your child is finding emotions overwhelming or you'd simply like to learn more about supporting their emotional development, this workshop is for you.
