Meet Gemma Davies and Sarah Byles to find out more about Foster Wales and the new parent and child fostering initiative within the Gwent region which provides ongoing specialist support and training to help keep families together.

Sarah has a wealth of experience in her role as a children's social worker with over 25 years experience and has spent the last 16 years specialising in fostering. Gemma is a qualified midwife and has joined the parent and child regional team to work alongside Sarah to offer a specialist service and improve the outcomes for families.
