Dream & Flow: A Sunset Reset for Women

Join me for an evening on one of my favorite little intimate beaches, the shores of Sand Bay, as the sun begins to set. This isn’t a lecture or a generic wellness session. It’s an invitation to slow down, drop the daily stress, and get completely back into your body.

What We’re Doing:

🧘‍♀️Movement & Breathwork: Gentle movement and breathwork to clear mental clutter, release physical tension, and reset your nervous system.

🌙 Moon Dreamcatcher Creation: Craft your own crescent moon dreamcatcher to take home as a physical anchor for your peace (all materials provided).

🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation: A grounding, immersive meditation by the ocean to wrap up our time together.

✨Intentional Keepsake: You'll also take home a little token keepsake from me, a small physical reminder to carry that feeling of peace back into your everyday life.

🌅 Sunset Sea Dip (Optional): Stay back after the session for a simple, grounding dip in the sea as the sun goes down.

What to Bring:

Yoga mat or beach blanket

A warm blanket & extra layers (it gets chilly by the water!)

An eye mask

A bottle of water

Towel & swimwear (if you’re joining the sea dip)

£35 per ticket

Spaces are strictly limited to 15 women to keep the circle intimate.
