About This Event

The walk brings people to Hatfield Forest in Cambridge for a self-guided outdoor session blending movement with nature. Participants can choose to enjoy the experience quietly or socially. The event is free to attend.

Breathe the fresh air and move your body whilst connecting with nature in this beautiful setting. Make it as peaceful or sociable as you like.

We will be holding weekly wellness walks designed to be suitable for any ability, across alternating Wednesdays and Fridays.

Whether you're someone who has walked the paths of the Forest for years, or someone who hasn't set foot before, everyone is welcome on these walks for wellness.
