Cambridge Wellness Festival returns to celebrate health and wellbeing The Cambridge Wellness Festival is back on Tuesday 8 September 2026, bringing staff, patients, visitors and local residents together for a day focused on health and wellbeing on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. Entry and all activities are free, so people are welcome to come along and get involved. The full programme is now available. Taking place on The Green (next to Cambridge South Railway Station) from 11am–6pm, the festival will feature a range of activities, including yoga, Tai Chi, wellbeing stands, workshops, expert talks, art and craft activities, women’s health sessions and a chance to meet Pets as Therapy dogs. While the Cambridge Biomedical Campus is recognised globally for its work in research and healthcare, it is also a place where people come together everyday. The Cambridge Wellness Festival celebrates this community and creates an opportunity for people to connect, take time for themselves and learn more about different approaches to wellbeing.
