The Techy Tea Party is a weekly drop-in support group held at Southmead Library. It is designed to assist individuals who struggle with technology. The sessions take place at the Greenway Centre.

If you are reading this and know anyone who struggles with technology, please let them know our support group which meets every week at Greenway Centre, with a cuppa, is now at Southmead Library every week on a Tuesday. It is designed to support residents with simple digital steps to get the most from their phone, tablet, or laptop and to use them safely and securely. Our community has one of the lowest digital inclusion rates in the City and so we wanted to address this by giving support to help more of our residents get connected. It can be isolating to be digitally excluded due to the lack of local support to get online, so our Volunteers will help group participants to do just that – over a cuppa where we can.
