About This Event
The Techy Tea Party is a digital support drop-in session located in the Community Corner at Southmead Development Trust. It offers assistance to individuals who struggle with technology. The session runs bi-weekly.
If you’re reading this and know anyone who struggles with technology please let them know our support group runs bi-weekly in Community Corner at the Greenway Centre. It’s designed to support residents with simple digital steps to get the most from their phone, tablet, or laptop and to use them safely and securely. Our community has one of the lowest digital inclusion rates in the City and so we wanted to address this by giving support to help more of our residents get connected. It can be isolating to be digitally excluded due to the lack of local support to get online, so our Volunteers will help group participants to do just that – over a cuppa.
