About This Event

The Beginner Shuffle Dance Class at Unity Studios in Bristol will bring an energetic introduction to shuffle dancing on 5 September 2026. Led by Genie, various performers will guide participants through new time slots starting this month within the BS2 studio. Attendees can revisit shuffling basics or simply enjoy a fun way to learn the steps for just £11.55 per ticket. This upcoming session promises an exciting opportunity to get moving and connect with the dance community in Bristol.

Want to try a new dance? Want to revisit shuffling basics? Or are you just looking for a fun way to do cardio? Then shuffling is for you!

This class is open to complete beginners, as well as anybody who wants to work on their foundational shuffle moves. Whether you're 15 or 75, these classes will work through the basics and help you discover what makes shuffling.... shuffling!

🎯 What we'll cover:

Basic steps and transitions: Running Man, T-Step, Charleston, Polly Pocket and Glides.

Focus on footwork, core techniques, speed, common variations and groove.
