About This Event

The South Coast Stomp takes place at the Cellar Arts Club. The line-up includes The Devil's Damned String Band and The Seagrass Band performing acoustic bluegrass and Americana. Tickets start from £10.00.

The Devil's Damned String Band

For the first time in Worthing, a string band that has been ripping it up on stages up and down the country since forming in 2020. A mixture of original, traditional and contemporary songs, sure to get the blood pumping and feet moving.

Returning to the Cellar Arts Club after a sold-out show in February 2024 – from Brighton, the Seagrass Band, featuring members of the Belinda Carlisle Band, Jimmy Nail Band, Coal Porters, Wagon Tales and Record Collector magazine’s ‘Jimi Hendrix of the banjo’ - hailed by the Green Note as one of Britain’s best new bluegrass bands. Headliners at EABF in 2024 and Battlefield Bluegrass Festival 2025.
