Coach Owen Roddy returns to Keighley on October 17th

Retired mixed martial artist and world class striking coach, Owen Roddy will return to The MAC gym and MMA Seminars UK for the first time in two years on October 17th, 2026, in what will be a FREE seminar for The MAC's members.

That's right, much like the Chase Hooper Super Seminar, The Yorkshire Handyman and 3rd Down Trading Card Shop have collectively put into the pot and are financing this event in its entirety (so make sure you book them for a home improvement or pop into the shop to thank them).

Roddy was the striking heartbeat behind UFC mega star, Conor McGregor as he rose through the ranks, laying waste to the likes of Chad Mendes, Jose Aldo, Eddie Alvarez and Nate Diaz, whilst picking up gold at 145 and 155 pounds inside the Octagon.

Non-members looking to book on will be charged at £40.00 per person. VIP items such as signed gloves or canvases will be the £75.00 and should be booked through the gym in good time.
