Get ready to float and twist into the festive vibes with some fun aerial yoga moves!

During this 2 hour festive fun filled Aerial Yoga Workshop Paddy will guide you through a sensory mind, body and soul practice.

We will start cocooned in our hammocks for seated meditation like Christmas baubles. Festive oils will linger through the air as you tune into mind and body.

Then moving into the winter warm up sequences to get a natural heat into the physical body before we start our yoga asana practice, traditional yoga postures but with a festive twist. As always we will teach and guide you through supported inversions with some Christmas themed flips and tricks (all options and all by invitation).

Once the body has moved and rested we will guide you into a meditative state with a Winter Wonderland Yoga Nidra practice. This will be a guided meditation experience that will allow you to explore a deep state of relaxation. Yoga Nidra will take place in a chosen Savasana position, as you relax inside or outside of the hammock.

This Workshop is super fun, festive and relaxing. It is perfect for beginners to aerial yoga. You will learn the ins and outs of the yoga hammock and I will share the benefits of Yoga Nidra.
