One of the true kings of real deep house music lands at Hot Rocks, Pier Approach for a very special free party from 2pm.

Last year, Jimpster, Craig Smith and Atjazz formed a dream line-up at the now-legendary Deep in the Forest. This year, on the exact anniversary of that unforgettable party, Atjazz returns to celebrate with us by the sea.

An iconic producer who has worked with and remixed absolute legends like Black Coffee, Ron Trent, and Kerri Chandler, Martin arrives in incredible form following the release of his huge 27-track album Starbase 17 and his collaborative 8 Days project with Fred Everything.

Alongside Jullian Gomes and Osunlade, Atjazz has become deeply connected to the soulful house and spiritual house music movement, while South African audiences have embraced him as one of their own — affectionately calling him “Themba,” meaning hope.

At Hot Rocks he’ll be playing alongside his protégé South Beach Recycling, with support from the legendary Bump ’N’ Hustle team: Bob Povey and Jon Coomer.

Expect the finest deep house, soulful house, afro house, and future-facing electronic music from one of the absolute best to ever do it.
