Oli McCann and Emma Saunders from AfterAthena join us for an interactive, scenario-based session aimed at HR professionals & business owners
Oli McCann and Emma Saunders from AfterAthena join us for an interactive, scenario-based session aimed at HR professionals and business owners, built around common employment law pitfalls and costly errors they often see employers making in practice.
The session will cover a mix of real life and hypothetical employment "horror stories" in a workshop style setting, covering scenarios from collective consultation, sexual harassment, and conduct dismissals to TUPE. Making the right decision at the right time is key, and carefully choosing when to be commercial and when you need to follow due process is fundamental in the ever-evolving world of employment law.
So, join us for an interesting and thought-provoking session, where you will leave with practical tips and guidance on how to deliver key business objectives whilst avoiding significant risk.
