The Let’s Feed Brum Breakfast Club takes place at Birmingham Cathedral. This initiative is run by a Birmingham-based homeless charity. The organisation aims to provide support to help end homelessness.
– Let’s Feed Brum is a leading homeless charity in Birmingham, on a mission to be part of the solution to end homelessness for good. They will be parked outside the cathedral, in their LFB food truck, serving hot drinks and breakfast items, as well as handing out essential supplies and clothing. About Let’s Feed Brum Let’s Feed Brum was set up to build on the work of Inspiration Support, a team of dedicated volunteers who have provided food, drink, essential supplies and friendship to those living on our streets for the past six years. With 10 million tonnes of food being thrown away every year in the UK, we’re bringing Birmingham’s cafés, bars and restaurants together to help feed people in these unfortunate circumstances. Added to that, we’re increasing the number of volunteers out on the streets by getting the community together to be the humans we should all be. The food, however, is just the beginning; by being out on the streets we’re able to start conversations with the city’s homeless and help signpost the fantastic services already in place, working to tackle Birmingham’s problem. Step up to the plate and help us tackle homelessness by giving up your time or donating food and supplies to the cause. Add to calendar Google Calendar iCalendar Outlook 365 Outlook Live
